The enquiry form on our contact page asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, suburb or town, the service you are interested in and an optional message. Depending on the job we may also collect:

• Property details such as the site address, access notes and any photos or rough measurements you send us
• Job records such as measurements, quotes, invoices, receipts and warranty paperwork
• Notes from phone calls, showroom visits and site measures so we can pick up where we left off

This website does not take payments and does not store card details. We only collect what we need to quote, schedule and complete your work.

We collect personal information directly from you: through the enquiry form, when you call (02) 6882 0585, when you drop into the showroom and when we measure on site. We do not buy contact lists.

If you give us details about someone else, for example a tenant, a builder or a property manager, please make sure they are happy for you to share them with us.
